What You’ll Do

As an Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing and executing social media strategy for a roster of client accounts, with support and direction from our internal strategy and creative frameworks.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Overseeing social media strategy execution for assigned client accounts

  • Creating content assets using provided photo and video content (carousels, short-form video edits, static posts, stories)

  • Writing or refining captions based on approved strategy and brand voice

  • Managing client communication (updates, approvals, questions, timelines)

  • Handling content revisions and feedback loops with care and clarity

  • Scheduling and posting content across platforms (primarily Instagram, with some TikTok & LinkedIn)

  • Monitoring basic engagement (comments, DMs, saves, shares) and flagging anything that needs attention

  • Keeping content calendars organized, up to date, and running smoothly

This is an execution + communication role — not sales, not pitching.

You’ll Fit Right In If You:

  • Have strong graphic design skills and a sharp visual eye (You can confidently design on-brand carousels, static posts, and stories)

  • Are highly comfortable editing short-form video (Reels, TikToks, talking-head edits, captions-on-video, light motion, pacing)

  • Understand how content strategy, visuals, and consistency work together to help grow a business

  • Can take existing photo + video assets and turn them into polished, intentional content

  • Are fluent in tools like Canva, Adobe, CapCut, Final Cut, or similar

  • Have a strong sense of brand voice and visual cohesion

  • Are organized, proactive, and detail-oriented

  • Communicate clearly, kindly, and professionally with clients

  • Work well on a team and enjoy collaboration

Bonus points if you’ve worked with wellness, lifestyle, or education brands, but not required.
